Many Black women and women of colour experience challenges in the workplace such as sexism, racism, a lack of support, a lack of access to opportunities, poor leadership and other unhealthy manifestations of organisational culture.

These challenges are made worse by workplaces that don't listen to employees' challenges, address their grievances or invest in effective support structures to help them successfully navigate the workplace and advance their careers.
