In three interactive workshops, participants will learn about the grieving process and models that help to normalise the grief response. The workshops explore complicated grief, including pathological grief reactions, and the mediating factors that facilitate or hinder the grieving process. Finally, participants will look at the fear of healing as well as the concept of meaning-making, and how to stay connected to the deceased while learning to live a more meaningful life.
