Race starts at 07:00 am Mpophomeni Mall.
Finish: Howick West Stadium. Cut off time 2:00hrs, 9:00am.
All athletes will be required to COMPLETE A SCREENING FORM on collection day: 9th October. Howick West Sport Stadium between 10:00 - 17:00.

First 250 runners will receive a free t-shirt.
Closing date 6th October.
Athletes must be at least be 16 years or older.
