Your ticket includes:
• Three bottles of wine: Fryer’s Cove Chenin Blanc 750ml, Fryer’s Cove Sauvignon Blanc 750ml and Fryer’s Cove Grenache Cinsault 750ml.
• All the ingredients for the canapés (serves 2 or 4 max. / 3 canapés per person). Please note: the canapés may contain nuts.

What’s on the menu?
• Cape-styled pickled cauliflower, spiced peach chutney with crispy onion sprinkles on a mini garlic naan
• Toasted brioche croûte with fig jam, whipped goat’s cheese, fresh lime zest and crispy coppa shards
• Butter sable biscuit with rosemary butter, bacon jam
