EARTHBOX is a space in which to be physically and intentionally present. In collaboration with Life Retreat Studio at Lourensford, EARTHBOX Body & Mind offers a daily opportunity to ground and connect through Nia and different styles of Yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle Yoga and Pilates.
