Na 15 jaar keer Dawid terug Alexanderbaai toe met ’n belangrike opdrag. Hy moet toesien dat die gemeenskap van sy grootworddorp goedkeuring gee vir ’n staatsprojek wat die hele Suid-Afrika gaan raak. Sy suster Maria, jare lank van Dawid vervreem, is egter vasberade om ’n stokkie te steek voor dié projek wat die vissersgemeenskap se lewens ingrypend gaan ontwrig.

After 15 years Dawid returns to Alexander Bay with an important assignment. He must ensure that the community in which he grew up agrees to a state project that will affect the entire South Africa. However, his estranged sister Maria is determined to stop the project that will disrupt the lives of the local fisher community.
