Your ticket includes a pairing pack which consists of:

- Three bottles of wine: Fryers Cove Sauvignon Blanc 750ml; Fryers Cove Chenin Blanc 750ml and Fryer’s Cove Grenache Cinsault 750ml

- All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?

- A sesame nori cracker with lime compressed winter melon, a soy Japanese mayo, caviart, togarashi crispy onions and fresh radish

- Grilled halloumi with a garlic buttered flatbread, curried sultanas, a lemon tahini mayo and pickled red onion

- A chorizo and caramelised onion jam on crispy polenta with sage crème, fresh apple and an olive crumb

Johannesburg and Durban.
