Rainbow Arts Organisation presents Iqonga Arts festival, a Silver Award Winner of the 2016 Western Cape Department of Social Development Youth Excellence Awards. The festival was established by Rainbow Arts Organisation in 2015 and has become a landmark in the arts and culture development within Delft and surrounding communities in Cape Town. It is a specialized festival that fills a niche in the market for the arts and doubles-up as a training program for emerging artists.
