Bring food and cold drinks in plastic only (no glass). Lifeguards are always on duty. No outside alcohol allowed, bags and cooler boxes will be checked, alcohol confiscated and disposed of immediately, and violators may face expulsion without refund. No music devices, pets, or gate passouts permitted. Lockers are available for valuables. No refunds within 24 hours of your event. No rescheduling after 11 AM on the visit day. Open 9 AM–5 PM (pools/slides close 4:30 PM).
