It’s the start of a winter’s week at HC Designs. Jennifer Carolus, a 33-year old tailor, aspires to become a celebrated designer with much bigger prospects than she can achieve at the boutique. She is self-assured and smart, and doesn’t always see eye to eye with the 25-year-old Camilla, who seems to look down on her. When these two, as well as their colleague, 52-year-old Aunty Stella, are confronted with the news that the boutique may close its doors permanently, an opportunity opens up for Jennifer to pursue her dreams. However, her fear of failure and anxiety about embarking on the new journey alone, hold her back.
