Roasted Beetroot and Butternut Salad
Mixed greens, rocket, roasted butternut, lentils, cucumber, beetroot, orange segments, and creamy goat’s cheese, drizzled with a balsamic and truffle dressing.

Karoo Grilled Lamb Chops
Tender Karoo lamb chops, marinated in fresh herbs and spices, grilled to perfection. Served with creamy mustard mashed potatoes, pan-seared baby carrots, and finished with a rich Muscadel jus.
