Blithe Spirit

Blithe Spirit

About

Originally written in 1941, 'Blithe Spirit' follows the story of socialite and novelist Charles Condomine, whose attempt to research the occult goes hilariously awry when a séance summons the ghost of his late wife, Elvira. What begins as a playful experiment quickly spirals into comic pandemonium, as Elvira refuses to return to the beyond - much to the dismay of Charles and his (very much alive) current wife, Ruth.
