What’s on the menu?

A choux puff filled with Catalan Cheddar, crowned with a coppa shard and pineapple chutney.

A polenta crisp topped with pickled shimeji mushrooms, peppercorn whipped feta, fresh thyme and a mushroom ketchup.

Cured beef sirloin dusted in olive crumb served on a Parmesan tuile with tomato and olive pesto.
