The EmpoweringHER Seminar & Business Awards, now in its fifth year, has become a flagship platform that celebrates, uplifts, and invests in women reshaping the landscape of empowerment across South Africa and beyond. Founded by the Nomzamo Lighthouse Foundation, in partnership with The Hollywood Foundation, it continues to create spaces for women to rise, thrive, and make meaningful contributions to their industries and communities.

This year marks a milestone: The Power of 50. Since its inception, EmpoweringHER has honoured 40 remarkable women, with 10 more to be celebrated in 2025—together forming a legacy of 50 leaders whose stories embody courage, innovation, and impact.
