 HELP - Tourist Attraction Queries

1. Log in to your Webtickets Account *needs to be the Webtickets Account into which your membership was loaded
2. Click on 'My Account' and select 'My Tickets'
3. From the 'Choose Action' menu select 'View Memberships'

If your membership does not appear here do not despair! The Botanical Society will be happy to assist - please contact them with your name and membership number.
You can get information about the operational status of the Cableway simply by either visiting their website’s homepage here, or by calling their weather line at + 27 (0)21 424 8181 from 8am each morning.

Online tickets are valid for 7 days from the chosen date (except early-access tickets), and can be refunded during this period.
No cash refunds are given on online tickets. Refunds are via the credit card that was used in the original transaction or via EFT for Pick n Pay transactions. For refunds email refunds@tablemountain.net

Refunds take up to 7 to 10 working days to be processed.

Your garden entry ticket is valid for 7 days from the day you have selected.

Please note, this excludes concert tickets.
No refunds are permitted for Kirstenbosch Garden Entry tickets. Your entry is however valid for 7 days from the date selected.
