To share your vouchers:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY TICKETS.
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select to send via SMS or email.

Please note SMS's can only be sent once per voucher. Please ensure the number is correct.

To view your vouchers:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY VOUCHERS.

To view the balance on your vouchers:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY VOUCHERS.
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select the option to 'View Vouchers'
• Next to each voucher you will see the option to view balance

Pick n Pay digital grocery vouchers are non-refundable, but don’t worry — your voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to use it!
