All Pines Resort tickets are only available via Webtickets or at Pick n Pay stores. No tickets are sold at the gate.
• Refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before your event date.
• No refunds once:
o The 24-hour deadline has passed
o A ticket is scanned & wristband issued
o You miss your visit or do not contact Webtickets in time
• The Webtickets booking fee is non-refundable.
Tickets can be moved to another date, but this must be done before 11:00 AM on the day of your visit.
If Pines Resort closes due to weather or unforeseen events, updates will be shared with purchsing customers.
If you're affected:
• You may reschedule your tickets — just make sure it's done before 11:00 AM on the day of your visit.
• Refunds for weather-related closures are only available if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Once a wristband is issued, the ticket is used and non-refundable.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.
