Standard VAT is charged on our fees *not the ticket price. For example, if your ticket price is R100, our standard commission would be R3.90 - a VAT of 59c would be added.

A non-refundable service fee is an amount charged to the customer upon checkout. Our standard service fee is R7.50 per ticket.
